AN unemployed drug user who allegedly poured motor oil on a Mildura woman and threatened to set her and her house on fire has been refused bail.

The 25-year-old man was arrested on Monday night after allegedly breaching intervention order conditions four times in four days.

On Tuesday, the Mildura Magistrates' Court heard he had breached an existing order by attending the victim's home address.
