A MAN who threatened to stab a mother who was changing her child's nappy in a Mildura Central parent's room has been sentenced to eight months in prison.

Connor Pappin, 22, was added to the Victorian sex offenders register on Friday, when his case concluded in the Mildura Magistrates' Court.
