A MAN accused of making violent threats to a Mildura woman and her family this week has been allowed to fly to Perth.

The 25-year-old was taken into custody on Wednesday, after a disturbance at a Mildura address that evening.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court heard the victim had discussed ending a relationship with the man, before locking herself in a bathroom to bleach her hair.
