A MAN who was drunk when arrested in Mildura at the weekend has been jailed on a raft of outstanding crimes.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court heard the 41-year-old man was seen in the company of his partner on Deakin Avenue about 9pm on Saturday trying to kiss the woman who appeared by a witness to not welcome the advances and contacted police.
