A MAN has been ordered to get help for his drug issues and programs to help him stay out of trouble.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court heard that about 11.10pm on May 24 last year, the man was driving in Dyer Avenue on the wrong side of the road and hit a rubbish bin, knocking it over.
