A "MONSTER" who punched and kicked a teenager until she lost consciousness and threatened to kill her if police found out about the assault has been jailed.

Mildura Magistrates' Court was told the man subjected the 19-year-old victim to a savage beating at a Mildura house in late 2023 and then downplayed the severity of the attack when questioned by police.
