A MILDURA magistrate has lamented about limited wraparound drug rehabilitation and mental health support options available to a repeat offender.

Brodie Cameron Pettit, 27, attended the Koori County Court in Mildura on Wednesday for a bail application, after he spent 107 days in pre-sentence custody.
