A MAN accused of threatening to commit a sexual assault on a 16-year-old girl in Mildura has had his bail application refused.

The 18-year-old, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the alleged victim, yesterday fronted Mildura Magistrates’ Court seeking bail after his arrest the day before.
