A 60-YEAR-OLD man ejected from a Mildura nightclub due to his behaviour before he refused to leave the area on police direction and threatened to kill security staff has appeared in court.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court heard the man received an on-the-spot penalty notice of $412 for failing to move on as directed, but chose to have the matter heard in court.
