A TEENAGER who randomly vandalised a car belonging to an aged care and disability support service provider says he was drunk and stupid when he damaged the vehicle.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court heard the 19-year-old and four other unknown people walked through the rear carpark at Mildura Central shopping centre on February 28 this year when the vehicle was parked in the carpark.
