A MAN arrested while sleeping in his car near Mildura has been extradited to Brisbane to face charges of indecent treatment of a child under 16.

The Mildura Magistrates' Court was told the charges relate to an incident on the morning of September 12 this year when the 38-year-old and his eight-year-old daughter were at the man's address.
