TWO men charged over an alleged $20 million fraud scam will return to court in November following a brief appearance in Mildura Magistrates' Court this week.

A 56-year-old Mildura man and 62-year-old man from New South Wales have both been charged with conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, while the younger man also faces four counts of perjury.
