A SUPREME Court judge has been urged not to hand convicted killer Paul Cohrs a "crushing" sentence for the murder of his elderly mother at her Red Cliffs home in 2018.
Cohrs was found guilty by a Supreme Court jury in May this year of murdering his 81-year-old Bette Cohrs-Schulz, despite claiming his innocence by way of mental impairment.
