Passenger charged over cash in luggage

A MILDURA man has been charged after more than $800,000 in cash was intercepted at Gold Coast Airport.

The 34-year-old has been charged with dealing in the proceeds of crime after the Australian Federal Police allegedly found $830,000 in cash in his luggage.
