A MILDURA man who admitted sexually assaulting his daughter in-law in his own home has been released on bail pending an appeal against a three-month term of imprisonment.

The man, aged in his 40s, failed to attend court for sentence after seeking medical treatment last week and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
