ARSON Squad investigators are on their way to Mildura after the body of an 83-year-old man was found at the scene of an early morning house fire on Wednesday.

Emergency services responded to the Avocado Avenue fire about 6.30am and firefighters were able to contain the blaze to a small section of the house.
