VICTORIA Police's Water Police Squad have warned they are out patrolling key hotspots across popular waterways in the region this summer.

The Water Police Squad, supported by partner agencies including Parks Victoria and Victorian Fisheries, will have an increased presence around Mildura and Horsham in the coming weeks to ensure waterways can be enjoyed by all users.
