TWO Mildura people have been charged over cannabis valued at $25,000 after their vehicle was stopped during a major three-state police operation that also led to another seven arrests for a range of offences.

Commencing on Friday, September 30, the 24-hour operation covering interstate borders in the Mildura region was a joint initiative between Victoria, South Australia and NSW police.
