POLICE have been praised for their swift work in locating two stolen electric bikes valued at almost $8000 to their rightful owners.

The offenders are believed to have used a grocery trolley to smash their way into the Country Care Group's Mildura office on Fifteenth Street this week, taking off with two of about 15 e-bikes in the store.
