A POLICE operation targeting substance-affected drivers has nabbed a number of offenders including a man who allegedly blew five times the alcohol limit.

As part of the joint operation between Mildura highway patrol and the Divisional Response Unit across the weekend, six people tested positive for driving with drugs or alcohol in their system.
