A MILDURA man who took part in a frightening incident involving a teenage victim at Kings Billabong has fronted the County Court.

On Thursday the court, in Melbourne, heard the 15-year-old victim was left feeling anxious and hesitant to go out after he was threatened with a knife in an attempt to steal his motorbike.
