A DRIVER involved in a fatal car crash in Mildura has pleaded guilty to charges of dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing serious injury.
Nicholas Cairns entered the plea when he appeared at Mildura Magistrates' Court on Tuesday after a third charge of failing to give way was withdrawn by a police prosecutor.
