FOLLOWING a 12-month cancer battle, Mildura Superintendent Rebecca Olsen says her return to police work this week came as a huge relief and signalled a return to normalcy for her and her family.

Late in 2018 Supt Olsen was diagnosed with breast cancer, starting treatment the following January and taking a year off from Victoria Police, where she had worked for three decades.
