MILDURA Council will need to carefully consider whether to use a Victorian Government low interest rate loan scheme to fully fund the Mildura South Regional Sporting Precinct.

The $36.5 million multipurpose indoor-outdoor precinct has a current $10 million shortfall, which has forced construction at the Deakin Avenue and Sixteenth Street intersection to be staged.
