CONSTRUCTION of Mildura's new OTR store has been delayed while plans are being assessed, according to Mildura Council.

Earlier in the year, Sunraysia Daily reported construction at the corner of Fifteenth Street and Deakin Avenue would begin in March and take between 26 and 28 weeks to build.
