RESIDENTS have been asked to dig deep into their cupboards for Mildura's homeless community, with data showing the region has the fourth-highest incidence of homelessness in regional Victoria.

The latest Council to Homeless Persons figures show there are 255 people experiencing homelessness in the Mildura electorate.
