LEADING the way and setting an example for the youth of Mildura is Paris Ribarits, currently the region's inaugural youth mayor.
Ms Ribarits, 24, became involved with the Mildura Rural City Council's Youth Council in late 2023 knowing of the importance that young people of all ages are given a platform to be heard.
“I was really interested in bringing that older youth voice to the table because we do have value,” she said.
