THE upcoming Early Years Hub in Red Cliffs has featured as part of the first stop in a 10-week national community engagement roadshow throughout the Wimmera-Mallee region.

The listening tour is lead by Partnerships for Local Action and Community Empowerment, also known as PLACE, a national organisation designed to assist communities with place-based approaches.
