MILDURA recorded its highest daily rainfall in more than 100 days on Thursday.

Until Thursday, the region had recorded only eight rain events since early December with a total rainfall of just 6.6mm following a wetter than average November which saw 81.2mm of rain fall compared to the overall mean of 27.2mm.
