IN what has been described as a dream come true, Oasis Stargazers Mildura has been absorbed by the Astronomical Society of Victoria.

The merger will allow the local club to have access to better grant and equipment opportunities, and unlocks the chance to increase local interest and have more telescopes pointed at the Sunraysia sky.
