MILDURA has outstripped the rest of regional Victoria to record the highest 12-month house value growth, according to property insight analysists at CoreLogic.

Just six Victorian regional centres were found to have had positive changes to house prices in the past 12 months with Mildura leading the way with 8.1 per cent annual value growth with the median house price now sitting at $452,273.
