ARCHITECTS have begun designing a brand-new Red Cliffs kindergarten development in collaboration with the State Government and the Rural City of Mildura.

Clarke Hopkins Clarke Architects, an architectural firm based out of Sydney with an extensive portfolio of modern education facilities, has been awarded the contract to design facility.
