AN ONLINE database of children's picture books in different languages can be accessed through a membership with the Mildura Rural City Council Library, as well as participating schools.

Through LOTE4Kids, available through desktop and mobile apps on iOS and Android, library patrons, school students, and family members can access a wide range of resources in about 80 languages.
