TENDERS are being sought for a 10-home building project in Robinvale, with a Swan Hill Rural City Council spokesperson saying there's hopes the works will address a “a critical housing shortage for key workers" in the town.

Acting chief executive Michelle Grainger said a contractor had been appointed to demolish 3 McCartney Court with the job to begin soon.
