PART of the Sturt Highway near Trentham Cliffs was blocked off late on Tuesday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash.
New South Wales Police responded to reports of the accident where a female driver had to be freed from one of the vehicles by SES, according to a statement..
"Both drivers were treated by NSW Ambulance before being taken to hospital," a NSW Police spokesperson said.
"The female driver was reportedly stable but suffering leg injuries, while the other male driver reported suffering neck pain."
The road was cleared of debris and safe to pass through by about 6pm.
