A PAIR accused of a premeditated attack on an elderly Mildura man in his own home will have their matters finalised in different court circuits.

Irymple woman Tammy Slater and Koorlong man Noel Giddings have elected to finalise their proceedings in the Mildura Magistrates' Court and the Melbourne County Court respectively.
