A DARETON man facing charges of aggravated burglary and multiple counts of vehicle theft has failed in a bid to have his conditions of bail altered so that he can attend church.

Craig Burton sought to have his prohibition from attending Mildura but for medical and legal reasons and church on Saturdays eased so that he could worship in the city daily.
