A 15-YEAR-OLD boy was arrested following a dispute among a group of teenagers in what police have described as an otherwise uneventful New Year's Eve in Mildura.

Thousands of people turned out at Mildura's CBD and community festivities on the riverfront to ring in 2025 with a high police presence at both key celebration areas.
