A MAN in his 40s sustained an arm injury on Tuesday while working with an auger at a Lindsay Point almond processing facility.

South Australian paramedics and firefighters responded to a callout of an entrapment at a Riverland Almonds Hulling facility on Lacey Avenue at about 9am AEDT.

The South Australian Ambulance Service led the multi agency response to rescue the man.
