TWO residents of The Vines retirement village shared an impressive joint birthday on Friday.

Doss Lambert and Elaine Wagstaff celebrated turning 104 and 95 respectively with friends and neighbours, blowing out candles on twin cakes.

The earliest memories for Ms Wagstaff, who was born in Mildura where her parents had met, was when the area was declared a city.
