CONCEPT plans for a proposed upgrade of the Red Cliffs Civic Centre will be fast-tracked by Mildura Council.

The first general meeting of the new-look council this week backed a tabled petition to "prioritise and commit" to the development of new concept plans for the capital works upgrade.
