MILDURA’S newly elected councillors will face their first test on Thursday as they determine their leadership team for the next 12 months.

Returning councillor Helen Healy said she would put her hand up for the role of mayor, and councillors Jodi Reynolds, Ali Cupper and Katie Clements said they intend to back her mayoral tilt.
