THE seven people elected to represent Swan Hill Rural City Council have been sworn in

Vote counting concluded last week, narrowing the field of 14 candidates down to seven.

In the order they were elected, the declared councillors are Stuart King, Terry Jennings, Les McPhee, Hugh Broad, Peta Thornton, Lindsay Rogers and Phillip Englefield.
