A MIX of new faces, re-elected councillors and former representatives have detailed their hopes and aspirations for the coming four year Mildura Rural City Council term.

New councillors Rebecca Crossling and Katie Clements have stated their excitement to learn off experienced councillors, but offer fresh perspectives to the chamber.
