WHILE a new early years hub is under construction, a makeshift kindergarten has been operating on the grounds of Red Cliffs Primary School recently.

The new centre set to feature four kindergarten rooms, two maternal and child allied health consultation areas, a toy library, multi-use community space, breastfeeding room, and large foyer.
