TWO bike-riding hooligans have been spotted deliberately vandalising the playing surface at John Hall Oval at the Old Aerodrome Sports Complex.

The pair appeared to be riding motorised pushbikes, and were seen skidding their tyres at speed over the main pitch square at about 12.30pm on Monday.
