A LOCAL Ray White franchise, Ray White Mildura, was named the best in regional Victoria at an industry awards event on Thursday evening, while a key staff member has come away with a personal trophy.

The agency received the gong at Real Estate Institute of Victoria awards, where Charlotte McKendrick also claimed the Regional Property Manager of the Year title.
