PLANS to recognise the environmental heritage of a 2500-year-old tree in Mourquong are now on public exhibition.

Wentworth Shire Council had given notice of a planning proposal to heritage list a eucalyptus oleosa tree at the Australian Inland Botanic Gardens known as the Wow Tree.
