MORE than 90 CFA volunteer firefighters and six staff members from CFA District 18 have received National Emergency Medals for their efforts during the 2019-2020 Australian bushfire, or Black Summer, crisis.

The firefighters, from the Mildura, Swan Hill, Yarriambiack and Buloke area are among more than 5500 CFA members to receive the honour for responding to the 2019-2020 fires.
