REPAIRS to the Mallee Highway in two locations will take place as part of the Victorian Government's newly announced $964 million road maintenance program.

The Mallee Highway is among a list of 54 roads to be included in the program at its launch, with more roads expected to be added.

Around 70 per cent of the funding will be spent on repairs in regional Victoria.
